How it works:

Based on the principle that the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent in the adsorption tower for vinyl chloride and acetylene varies with the change of pressure, the raw material gas after heat transfer and pressure enters the adsorption tower of the pressure swing adsorption device, the strong adsorption of vinyl chloride and acetylene is adsorbed by the adsorbent, and the weak adsorption substances H2 and N2 are discharged from the adsorption tower as purification gas. When the adsorption bed is saturated, the adsorbed vinyl chloride and acetylene components are desorbed and desorbed from the adsorption bed through reverse discharge and evacuation, and the adsorption tower is discharged as product gas, and the vinyl chloride production process is returned to be recovered, so as to achieve the dual purpose of purification and recovery of vinyl chloride and acetylene.

Control mode and characteristics:

Control mode: Use controller and instrument to control PSA device. The controller can choose DCS, FCS, PLC control system according to PSA device scale and control requirements.
